Assist in reviewing the submission of safety documents, including RA, SWP, and PTW. The coordinator shall assist in ensuring that RAs are reviewed and, if necessary, revised according to Risk Management Code of Practice. coordinate work processes to avoid conflicting or incompatible work. Implement and monitor operational controls based on SHMS requirements. Assist in ensuring that all staffs (including contractors/subcontractors) are adequately instructed, informed, trained, and supervised and that they possess the relevant competency and qualifications (e.g., for work at height, confined space, lifting)Any other duties required within the scope of WSH Coordinator. Visits shall be conducted within the normal working hours of Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays, from 8.30am to 6pm. Assist in ensuring that all staffs (including contractors/subcontractors) are adequately instructed, informed, trained, and supervised and that they possess the relevant competency and qualifications (e.g., for work at height, confined space, lifting) Any other duties required within the scope of WSH Coordinator.
