About the Binance Accelerator Program (BAP)

The Binance Accelerator Program is a fixed-term initiative designed for early-career professionals , including current university students and recent graduates. It offers a unique, immersive experience to work with one of the most influential companies in the blockchain industry. Participants will engage in meaningful projects, network with global teams, and develop skills relevant for long-term success in Web3 and technology.

Team Introduction: Content Algorithm Team

Join the Central Product Team , focusing on content and recommendation systems that enhance user engagement across Binance platforms. This team combines user-centric design with machine learning and data analytics to deliver intelligent content feeds and experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in improving content recommendation algorithms to boost user engagement and retention.
  • Contribute to feature design for personalized content feeds, trending lists , and other discovery tools.
  • Analyze user behavior data and content performance metrics to derive insights that inform product decisions.
  • Help create and maintain product documentation , including specifications, experiment plans, and performance reports.
  • Collaborate closely with designers, developers, and data analysts during development and testing phases.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in Year 3 or 4 of a Bachelor's or Master's program in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics , or related fields.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin to effectively work with international teams and partners.
  • A strong interest in content platforms, recommendation systems , or personalization technologies .
  • Comfortable analyzing data and identifying basic behavioral trends or content performance insights.
  • Excellent communication skills , quick learner, and a proactive, self-driven attitude .
Bonus Skills
  • Previous internship experience in AI, Data Science, or Machine Learning .
  • Experience with tools like Python, SQL, or A/B testing platforms is advantageous.
