Role : This is a full-time, on-site role in Singapore for a Deputy Head of Commercial Lines. The Deputy Head will oversee the commercial lines sector, manage business planning and implementation, analyze market trends, and formulate strategies for market penetration and growth. The role also involves commercial management, team leadership, and ensuring financial targets are met through meticulous planning and execution.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the commercial lines sector and drive market expansion strategies
  • Lead business planning, budgeting, and execution to meet financial targets
  • Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform strategy
  • Formulate and implement growth strategies for market penetration
  • Provide commercial management and leadership to the team
  • Ensure alignment of activities with company objectives and risk controls
Qualifications
