Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

Prepare and deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales agreements to maximize revenue.

Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and effectively.

Achieve sales targets.

Requirements:

Diploma in IT/ Business or related fields.

At least 2 year relevant experience in SaaS or solution sales.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Proficient with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.

Experience in handling education sector accounts will have advantage.

Strong client management & account servicing experience.

Self-driven, independent and able to work in cross-team effort.

English and Chinese/Bahasa language proficiency preferred.
