What You Will Be Doing Lead the development and execution of change management activities using structured methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar). Deliver end‑to‑end change interventions, including communications, stakeholder engagement, training, and business readiness across multiple Asia Pacific locations. Conduct impact and readiness assessments, anticipating challenges and tailoring strategies to local market needs. Develop actionable change plans aligned to project milestones, ensuring smooth delivery and minimal disruption.
