Responsibilities
  • Oversee and run all facilities management operations of assigned JTC's industrial properties, and be involved in team management, budget planning, outsourcing, tendering and awarding of contracts, as well as creating and monitoring KPIs.
  • Manage and plan future resource optimization for JTC projects in the pipeline. Recommend, advise and implement outsourcing strategies, review and devise improvements for processes and procedures to enhance building operations, customer satisfaction and engagement.
  • Perform operational duties such as managing customer feedback and closure, support for tenancy renewals, site inspections, and follow-up on enforcement measures to ensure compliance by lessees or tenants with requirements set by JTC and other government agencies.
  • Prepare maintenance contract specifications, including reviewing standards, schedules, and requirements, schedule of rates, and manage these contracts to ensure managing agents and service providers carry out maintenance work.
What We Are Looking For
  • Background in Project & Facilities Management/Building, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Experience in the management and operation of industrial or commercial property with good tenant management and communication skills.
  • You must be a team player, self-driven and able to work under pressure and within tight deadlines.
