The Role Design exceptional mobile and web interfaces that deliver effortless, inspiring user experiences. Work closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to transform ideas into reality. Engage directly with users to ensure their experience is intuitive and meets their needs. Analyze and benchmark competitor solutions to ensure Novade Lite stays ahead in the market. What We’re Looking For 2-3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer. Expertise in Figma and proficiency in wireframing and prototyping for web and mobile. Experience working with and expanding design libraries. A strong grasp of UX design principles and methodologies. A keen eye for detail and a portfolio showcasing exceptional design skills. Eligibility to work legally in Singapore. Your Strongest Attributes Communicates effectively in advanced English, both verbally and in writing. Demonstrates independence and analytical skills, taking ownership of their work. Is results-driven, with a proven ability to deliver high-quality designs. Has a passion for technology and curiosity about the construction industry. Thrives in collaborative environments and enjoys turning ideas into impactful designs. Maintains a positive attitude and an innovative mindset.
