About the role We are looking for an UAV Pilot to join our team of dedicated professionals and provide safe, reliable drone systems and quality services to distinguished customers in Singapore and the region. As part of our engineering support team, you will work closely with our company engineer and customers to address drone operational needs and solutions. You will also be responsible for maintaining the airworthiness of our drone systems and resolving technical issues that occur during drone operations. Responsibilities Operate the company in-house built drone to achieve flight objectives / missions safely. Generate flight test documents to test the airworthiness of the drone. Plan and execute flight missions, including appropriate flight paths and operating heights according to CAAS rules and regulations. Maintain and housekeeping the Operator and Activity Permit with CAAS. Plan and organize flight logistics (deployment vans, flight equipment, flight schedule). Liaise with third‑party organisations for maintenance of flight logistics. Lead and supervise a small team. Work closely with customers and provide first‑line technical support to resolve issues with customers' drone systems; field work as required. Maintain and repair drone systems: perform maintenance routines, diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, generate maintenance reports and track rectification of issues (on‑site field work required). Create and keep up flight or user manuals. Requirements Possess a valid Unmanned Aircraft Pilots License (UAPL). Graduate of a Bachelor’s degree / Diploma or related engineering courses. Experience in aviation maintenance or the drone industry preferred. Good troubleshooting and diagnosis skills. Capable of guiding, leading, and supervising a team. Able to work under ad‑hoc and pressured environments. Good written and verbal communication skills. Class 3/3A driving licence preferred.
