MHA Finance Shared Services Centre (FSSC) serves to increase efficiency and improve customer experience in financial services of the ministry and the Home Team Departments (HTDs). The Payment Processing & Reporting team is responsible for supporting the payments deliverables of FSSC with timely and accurate payments processing and reporting. What you will be working on: Responsible and accountable for executing payment runs Responsible and accountable to execute assigned tasks pertaining to reconciling Accounts Payables (AP) to General Ledgers, generating AP and expenditure reports and investigation of discrepancies for further review Responsible for payment processing & exceptions handling Responsible for Public Utilities Block Billing System processing Undertake Accounts Payables Reporting Undertake tasks/projects related to payments processing, including automation initiatives Manage customer queries relating to payments processing and reporting Support Financial Year closing and Audits What we are looking for: Experiences : Prior experience in Audit or Accounting role will be an advantage Prior experience in using SAP, PowerBi, Tableau or equivalent software will be an advantage Prior experience in applying data analytics will be an advantage Prior experience working in a shared services environment will be an advantage Attributes : A dedicated team member Meticulous with an eye for detail Strong with numbers and analytical Independent and self‑driven High comfort level with applying technology in daily work Strong communication (written and verbal), presentation and interpersonal skills to engage wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders All new appointees will be appointed on a two‑year contract in the first instance.
