You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy.The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.Business Development Manager Responsibilities• \tDevelop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction• \tConduct research to identify new markets and customer needs• \tArrange business meetings with prospective clients• \tPromote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives• \tPrepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines• \tKeep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.• \tProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support• \tBuild long-term relationships with new and existing customers• \tDevelop entry level staff into valuable salespeople • \tDeveloping goals for the development team and business growth and ensuring they are met.• \tTraining personnel and helping team members develop their skills.• \t Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.• \tPerform any other duties assigned by the director.Business Development Manager Requirements and skills• \tProven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role• \tProven sales track record• \tExperience in customer support is a plus• \tProficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce)• \tProficiency in English• \tMarket knowledge• \tCommunication and negotiation skills• \tAbility to build rapport• \tTime management and planning skills• \tBSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field• \tThe ability to work under pressure.• \tAvailability to work within opening hours (e.g. evenings, holidays, weekends).
