Job OverviewAs an Assistant Manager in Investigations, you will play a key role in investigating offences under the Road Traffic Act, Active Mobility Act, and other legislations under LTA’s jurisdiction. Your responsibilities include ensuring fair and comprehensive investigations, recommending appropriate actions, and participating in enforcement operations when necessary.
You will also be involved in planning, developing, and implementing measures to improve divisional effectiveness, as well as reviewing existing policies and frameworks to maintain their relevance.
Qualifications and Skills- Knowledge in English, Communications, Business, or Legal Studies
- Preferably at least 7 years of relevant work experience
- Experience in investigations, enforcement, and regulatory functions is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinking and excellent writing skills
- Meticulous, organized, with keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
