We believe that our differences enable us to be a better team - one that makes better decisions, drives innovation and delivers better business results.Opportunity Overview We are seeking a seasoned and strategic Worldwide Credit & Collections (CnC) manager to drive transformation across our global CnC organization.This role will lead the design, implementation, and governance in our Corporate Credit & Collections Centre of Excellence (CnC CoE).The ideal candidate will bring deep proven expertise in finance transformation, shared services, and global process optimization / automation. Strategic Leadership: Define and execute the CnC CoE charter, aligning with enterprise and finance transformation initiatives. Operational Oversight: Lead and manage CnC CoE processes across countries, divisions and business units. Ensure efficiency and excellence in delivery of global credit risk management / cash flow goals. Governance & Methodology: Develop and enforce CnC CoE framework, internal process/system controls, KPIs, and best practices. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate across finance organization to ensure seamless integration and support. Talent Development: Build and mentor functional CnC process leads and members; Develop and oversee training and reward systems. Change Enablement: Drive continuous improvement, risk optimization and process excellence. Automation Integration: Identify and drive automation opportunities / tools (e.g., RPA, workflows) to eliminate manual processes and improve process efficiency and effectiveness. Reporting: Deliver required quarter end/year end reporting, internal/external audits and other ad hoc reporting requirements. Experience: Minimum 15 years in finance, with proven leadership in Shared Service Centers (SSC) and / or CoEs, preferably in high tech manufacturing environment. Background: Big 4 experience strongly preferred, with exposure to global finance operations and compliance. Ability to define vision, align CoE goals with organizational strategy and lead cross-functional, multinational teams. Skilled in navigating organizational change, stakeholder engagement and change management. Strong interpersonal skills to foster knowledge sharing, resolve conflicts, effective communication and problem resolutions. Familiarity with ERP systems (Oracle Fusion preferred) and automation tools (e.g., RPA, workflows) Proven track record of setting KPIs, tracking ROI, and using metrics to ensure goal achievements and continuous improvement. Preferred Attributes: Prior experience running a CoE or SSC across multiple regions. Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders. CPA or MBA is preferred.
