Responsibilities Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to design seamless, intuitive, and impactful user experiences. Translate user research insights into actionable design recommendations and visual concepts. Design and iterate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI deliverables for digital products. Ensure design consistency and alignment with product goals and user needs. Apply data-driven insights and usability testing to validate and refine design decisions. Contribute to the creation and maintenance of design systems, ensuring scalability and accessibility. Work closely with engineering teams to support implementation and ensure design quality across platforms. Advocate for user experience best practices and accessibility standards (WCAG). Participate in Agile development processes and contribute to cross-functional design discussions. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a UX/UI Designer, Experience Designer, or similar role within digital product teams. Proven ability to design and deliver end-to-end user experiences, from research and ideation to testing and implementation. Experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design and prototyping tools. Understanding of WCAG accessibility standards and designing for diverse user groups. Experience working in Agile or Lean UX environments. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail. Beyondsoft International (Singapore) Pte.
