Mirroring our own, your core values, vision and strategies will influence a culture of excellence throughout the PDS business. Included in this will be the creation and implementation of innovative and forward-thinking business plans that account for market differentials across the wider Singapore landscape. You will play an active leadership role within the Singapore PDS Management Team, oversee P&L and setting business growth strategy for project management service offering for Transactions/Non-core client, which is part of our wider “Work Dynamics” division. You will have a key role in driving the overall performance of the Transactions/Non-core project management consultancy sector, across sales, operations, team management and project delivery. You will collaborate and work with leaders of business lines outside the immediate confines of PDS to promote our “One JLL” ethos that sets our clients’ needs and ambitions first. This will require you to gain an understanding of the wider organisation quickly and promote your own corporate profile.**Business sector and Team management** Our business sector leaders are responsible for the financial management of their business sector. PDS Singapore offers different products and services comprising Project Management, Construction Management / Management Contracting, Design, Design & Build, Design consultancy and technical & development advisory services. It spans multiple sectors from commercial office to logistics & industrial, data centres. As the architect of our future growth, you will understand that a well-managed team is the bedrock of a successful business. You will provide stewardship and guidance for the team(s) under your charge on projects and to manage the career development of your direct reports, through mentoring and coaching. You will implement resourcing strategies to ensure the right personnel and tools are always available for our clients and on projects. This will include the review of internal structures and integration plans to guarantee optimal operational efficiency.Dynamic leadershipOur leaders drive from the front and have an insatiable thirst for knowledge, encourage interaction and champion best practice. With the expansion of sector in charge of talent growth and retention plans.**Financial governance and risk** You will oversee project delivery and be involved in risk management including the vetting of contracts, insurances, tenders and day to day risks associated with the project.**An experienced and successful professional in the related field** Prior knowledge and experience in professional consultancy in in sectors as L&I, infrastructure or Government sectors is an advantage.**Great communicator****Process champion** Your in-depth understanding of development / project management will drive process management and improvements. You will be comfortable managing teams and platforms spread over an ever-expanding portfolio of projects. You will be an experienced project leader capable of driving results and meeting project goals and timelines.**Proactive****Essential skills** • Qualified architectural, engineering, real estate professional with minimum 15 years of local/international experience; • Subject matter expert in delivery of professional consultancy services, project management consultancy services on real estate; • Prior development/project management experience, including project planning, scope definition, team management, project financial and commercial management; • Excellent communication skills are a must, both internally and externally, would be able to communicate and present clearly and efficiently; • Business builder, team leader**What we can do for you:** At JLL, our purpose is to shape the future of real estate for a better world.
