What you will be working on: Responsibilities: Support the strategic planning and design efforts to promote, increase and sustain sport participation among youths in IHLs Build/ strengthen collaborative relationships with IHLs and other partners in youth sport ecosystem (e.g. CoachSG, NSAs, commercial sport vendors) Support programme operation and administration for Learn to Play (LTP) programmes across various IHLs Support programme scheduling, coach deployment, attendance and payment processes Complete timely evaluation reports, with actionable insights and recommendations to improve programme effectiveness Support the planning and execution of YPD’s annual Youth Sport Festival ( ) Liaise with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution Able to do and analyse comprehensive and insightful post-event review/report including participation metrics, feedback, lessons learnt and areas for improvement What we are looking for: Requirements: We are looking for self-motivated individuals who value integrity, teamwork and take pride in going the extra mile to provide excellent service to stakeholders and the community. This individual should be a sport advocate through living an active lifestyle and staying active. Programme management and delivery (preferably in sport, youth development, education, or wellness sectors). Stakeholder engagement and partnership management. Event planning and coordination. Familiarity with youth engagement strategies and community-based sport programmes Collaborative, team player, and willing to work closely with colleagues and stakeholders. Comfortable with basic data entry, analysis, and reporting using Microsoft Excel, survey tools, or data dashboards. Strong interpersonal skills to develop and sustain productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
