Interior Designer cum Drafter

Job Responsibilities:
- Design Creation:
- Conceptualize and develop designs for various projects, which could include interior spaces, furniture, products, or architectural elements in commercial office & residential interior with good presentation skills and client’s service
- Use creativity and design principles to develop aesthetically pleasing and functional designs.
- Good knowledge and experience in design of commercial/industrial/retails interior fitting out projects.
- Develop good communication and engagement with the client
- 3D Drafting:
- Utilize CAD (Computer-Aided Design) software to create detailed technical drawings and plans based on design concepts.
- Ensure accuracy and adherence to specifications in drafting layouts, dimensions, and materials.
- 3D Rendering:
- Transform 3D models and CAD drawings into photorealistic renderings using rendering software (e.g., Autodesk 3ds Max, V-Ray, Blender).
- Apply textures, lighting, and other effects to enhance visual realism and communicate design intent
Requirements:
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.) for drafting and technical drawings.
- Experience with 3D modeling and rendering software (3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender, etc.).
- Strong understanding of design principles, spatial awareness, and aesthetic sensitivity.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in both drafting and rendering processes.
- Problem-solving abilities and adaptability to changing project requirements.
