Job Description
  • Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for Ad Solutions, aligned with enterprise goals.
  • Translate strategy into requirements and processes.
  • Oversee product design, delivery, and commercialization.
  • Collaborate with IT, engineering, marketing, operations, and billing teams for fast delivery.
  • Lead product launches and iterative development to deliver value.
  • Lead product managers to ensure product stability and usability.
  • Manage end-to-end business and P&L.
  • Create engagement strategies for transformation.
  • Manage team performance, respecting cultural differences.
  • Motivate teams to solve complex challenges.
The Successful Applicant
  • Minimum 12 years of experience in product development and management.
  • Ideally familiar with current trends in AdTech, Performance Marketing, Audience Monetization, and Data Management.
  • Collaborative team player and leader with excellent cross-functional and senior-level communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
