Demonstrate a high standard of customer service by fostering trust, empathy, and professionalism in all interactions, ensuring a positive client experience that supports retention and word-of-mouth referrals. Collaborate with wellness consultants, receptionists, and other team members to coordinate bookings, manage time efficiently, and uphold a smooth daily operation within the spa or wellness facility.
