Assistant Supply Planning Manager - Çorlu. Local scope. Location: Corlu IC Factory. Reports to: Omer ONAL. Terms & Conditions: Full time. The Ice Cream division at Unilever is preparing to stand on its own as a standalone entity by the end of 2025, aiming to become an independent, EUR 8.3 billion company.

• Responsible for operational management of supply planning for Corlu IC. Schedule scenario and exception-based production planning for rolling 12 months and manage raw and/or packaging material call-offs to ensure adequate cover for the production plan and manage stocks and business wastes.
• Work closely with the team to deliver required service and ensure flawless promotion supply management.
• Participate in weekly S&OP/ S&DR meetings with Demand Planning team for updated supply plan.
• Maintain close follow-up of production performance with factories team.
• Support marketing and category development teams through localization, NPD, and business development projects (material harmonization, cost reduction through production capabilities).
• Improve stock levels while securing customer service.
• Manage inventory (product, raw materials, and packaging materials stock levels).
• Schedule raw and packaging material call-offs at specified intervals to meet production plans for in-house and contingency production; review and re-plan material requirements for full-year plan.
• Maintain Purchase Orders and Scheduling Agreements; clean out old Purchase Orders; engage in supplier meetings set up by Supply Management.
• Participate in planning improvement activities including process improvement, new ways of working, digitalization and involvement in Championship and Squads.

• Data-driven decision-making and analytical capabilities.

• University degree preferably in Engineering or related field.
• Min 3 years in Supply Chain FMCG operations (production planning, material planning, inventory management).
• Excellent written and verbal communications in Turkish & English.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills; affinity towards innovation and new technologies.

As publicly announced, Unilever will separate its Ice Cream business by the end of 2025. This role will transfer to the new Ice Cream company.
