This role combines café management and coffee craftsmanship — perfect for someone who loves the art of coffee and the challenge of turning a new cafe to a profitable store. Key Responsibilities Lead daily café operations, including staff scheduling, customer service, and store upkeep Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages according to TOMORO standards Manage cost control — monitor sales, wastage, and inventory Drive store performance to meet sales and profit targets Train and motivate team members to deliver excellent customer experience Work closely with HQ for marketing and supply coordination Requirements Minimum 2 years café or F&B management experience Skilled in barista techniques and customer service Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Entrepreneurial mindset — accountable for results and growth What We Offer Base salary + monthly performance bonus Profit share above breakeven performance Opportunity to earn up to 20% equity in the business when profitable Full operational and marketing support from TOMORO HQ Be more than a barista — be an owner in your craft.
