Responsibilities This position is responsible for managing and developing EHS and industry, building & infrastructure related Sustainability business in Singapore. While keeping the current EHS business growing, the primary function of this position is to lead EHS further development by penetrating in industry, building & infrastructure sectors, enriching the services offering from lab testing to environment monitoring, industry hygiene, technical consultancy, project based EHS services, etc. The scope of this position covers industry, building & infrastructure related Sustainability business development as well, such as Green Building consultancy, Energy saving, Construction products certification (EPD, etc.) Lead EHS and industry, building & infrastructure related sustainability business strategic plan development with supports from MD and APAC affiliates (SGS Taiwan, SGS China) Build a dedicated sales and technical team for EHS services in industry, building & infrastructure sectors Lead diversification of services portfolio, including environment monitoring, industry hygiene, technical consultancy, project based EHS services, etc. with supports from APAC affiliates (SGS Taiwan) Lead the development of sustainability business, including Green Building consultancy, Energy saving, Construction products certification, etc. Manage & Responsible for EHS business unit P/L to deliver budget, growth, profitability and cash flow objectives Put into place an efficient organization for sales and operations, build a strong EHS management team, develop talents with supports from HR Participate in mapping EHS market to identify external growth opportunities, M&A of target companies as Business Leader, as well as integration after acquisition Singapore EHS focal point for business cooperation with APAC affiliates and whole SGS network Profile Bachelor's degree and above More than 5 years successful track record in developing & managing EHS business Experience in industry, building & infrastructure related sustainability services and business Confirmed leader with strong management capabilities, including sales, operation, finance, HR, etc. Comprehensive capabilities to conduct business transformation and fast development Seniority level Mid-Senior level Employment type Full-time Job function Management Industries Professional Services #J-18808-Ljbffr
