About Our ClientMy client is a listed company with strong international operations, growing through organic expansion and acquisitions. They are seeking a Regional Tax Manager to support APAC tax advisory work and lead the digitization project for the region.
Job DescriptionYou will partner with country finance teams in APAC, functional heads, and global tax teams to provide tax advice, minimize tax exposure, and drive synergies with corporate strategies. Responsibilities include transfer pricing compliance, project evaluation related to acquisitions/divestments, tax due diligence, advising on tax structuring and incentives, reviewing tax reporting, and driving global tax digitization projects such as automating dashboards and implementing new policies.
The Successful Candidate- Accounting Degree or equivalent with >6 years of tax experience, ideally with Big 4 and corporate MNC background
- Proven project and advisory management skills regionally
- Strong communication, presentation skills, and cultural sensitivity
- Self-motivated, proactive, and thrives in a matrix environment
- Hands-on, team-oriented, and continuous improvement mindset
High visibility regional tax role within a stable organization.
