Retail Store Manager

Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure a seamless shopping experience. Address customer inquiries and feedback in a timely and effective manner. Generate ideas to cultivate a loyal customer base. Operational Duties: Manage day-to-day store functions and supervise retail staff. Ensure that store presentation aligns with the brands image. Oversee staff grooming and appearance during working hours. Maintain inventory levels and notify management when stock is low. Prepare and manage shift schedules and duty rosters. Sales and Marketing: Lead the team to achieve or surpass sales targets and KPIs. Review sales performance monthly, propose action plans, and report results to management. Collaborate with the team to plan and execute sales campaigns, marketing events, and promotions. Leadership and Management: Cultivate a positive and supportive work culture within the team. Train and motivate retail associates to maintain high standards and uphold company values. Act as the main point of contact between the retail store and warehouse, ensuring smooth operations. Additional Duties: Conduct performance reviews and appraisals for staff. Undertake any additional tasks as needed. Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in retail management, preferably in the beauty sector. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric approach. Ability to adapt in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Proficient in computer skills, with e-commerce experience as an advantage. Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays (44 hours per week).
