Overview

Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) – Location: Singapore / Shanghai / Hong Kong. We are seeking an experienced CSO to lead global strategic initiatives and capital market expansion. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in U.S. IPOs, strong fundraising and investor relations skills, and the ability to drive corporate growth strategy from planning to execution.

• Lead U.S. IPO preparation and execution, including prospectus, compliance, and financial narrative.
• Represent the company in roadshows, investor meetings, and analyst briefings, with strong storytelling and capital market communication skills.
• Drive fundraising activities, including institutional investors, PE/VC, and strategic partners.
• Oversee pre- and post-investment management, ensuring alignment with shareholder value and company strategy.
• Define and implement the company\'s long-term strategic roadmap, M&A opportunities, and business expansion initiatives.

• Proven track record in U.S. IPO or international capital markets (must-have).
• Strong investor network and successful fundraising experience.
• Excellent roadshow and public speaking skills, able to communicate with global investors.
• Solid experience in corporate strategy, investment, and M&A.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin; MBA or finance-related background preferred.
