Technical Project Manager with strong technical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving ability to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in both project management and technical execution, acting as the bridge between operations, engineering, and cross-regional teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Troubleshooting & Support
    • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 diagnosis and troubleshooting for technical issues.
    • Provide support to operations team with configuration and onboarding of customers onto Stella platform.
    • Master the configuration and operation of internal tools and systems to guide the operations team.
    • Provide training, technical documentation, and user guides to enable smooth adoption and support.
  • Cross-Regional Coordination
    • Serve as the primary liaison between Singapore and US teams for issues management.
    • Overlap with SGP time zones by working during the evening (ET time).
    • Ensure smooth communication and escalation of issues across teams.
  • Project & Process Management
    • Work closely with engineering teams to support backlog grooming, sprint planning, and task tracking.
    • Relay actionable feedback from operations to engineering to drive improvements.
    • Ensure Agile processes and delivery standards are consistently followed.
  • Testing, Quality & Release Management
    • Perform internal testing to validate features and ensure technical standards are met.
    • Partner with the QA team to organize, oversee, and track testing and quality efforts.
    • Manage release timing and communication of releases, ensuring stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Engineering & Operational Support
    • Assist in miscellaneous engineering requests to support project delivery.
    • Produce technical documentation and user guides to support internal stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management or related discipline.
  • Certified Project Manager (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)) or equivalent.
  • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 and 2 technical issues.
  • Experience in configuring and operating tools/systems, with the ability to train and guide others.
  • Prior experience working in Agile environments, including backlog grooming and sprint tracking.
  • Strong communication skills to bridge cross-regional teams and relay clear, actionable feedback.
  • Hands-on experience with testing, release management, and quality assurance processes.
  • Flexible work schedule to accommodate support across teams located in the US and Singapore.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in driving technical and project delivery.
Nice-to-Have
  • Previous experience in a DevOps, QA, or technical support role.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello).
  • Technical background in software engineering, systems administration, or operations.
