Additionally, you will mentor junior team members and play a significant role in developing and upholding best-in-class policies and procedures while nurturing supply chain relationships.Your responsibilities will include:- Managing, leading, recruiting, and developing teams across India and various regions- Directing and managing large construction programs, ensuring they meet or exceed company expectations- Overseeing relationships with external vendors, such as General Contractors, A&E design teams, and equipment suppliers- Identifying and creating training programs, forecasting training needs, and securing resources for training deployment- Developing and implementing effective contract administration procedures, including contract generation, review, and monitoring- Mentoring team members and guiding internal and external project teams, including Design, Procurement, Operations, and IT/Network support teams- Contributing to the strategic direction of the team within established policies and proceduresThe ideal candidate for this role will have:- 20+ years of experience in project and construction management- A Bachelor's degree is preferredEquinix is dedicated to promoting an inclusive employment process that welcomes all individuals, including those with disabilities.
