Job Responsibilities Day to day running of all matters related to the construction of the project eg. Planning of works for the site team and sub-contractors. Arrangements for logistic, hoisting, and scaffolding access in support of daily operations To control materials, plan the overall schedule and implement specific planning measures. Conduct site meeting with site personnel and sub-contractors to review works’ progress and resolve conflicts among the various sub-contractors. Attend site WSH meetings with WSH Officer and review follow-up actions, to ensure site environment and workplace is safe and project works implemented in safe manner. Work with site personnel and assist the Site Quantity Surveyor team on all variation claims. Put up recommendation to the designated Project Directors on the additional requirement of plants, equipment or workforce for the execution of the works. To resolve if any conflicts within the site team. Attend all consultant site meetings, technical meetings and sub-contractor meetings. Assist the Contract Team in the finalising of project account and project contractual matters and EOT claims. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time as your superior/management deem fit. Job Requirements Possess Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field At least 8 years of construction site management experience Hands on experience with subcontractor coordination, logistic planning and safety audits and incident investigation. Proven track record in Singapore projects (high-rise, mixed-development, or civil) BCA Certified (e.g., SCAL’s Construction Superintendent or PMP); MOM Safety Supervisor certification (added advantage) Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
