Overview

Develop and maintain technical documentation and onboarding guides that support both customers and developers.

Collaborate closely with engineers, developers, and cross-functional teams to drive the full product development lifecycle.

Monitor, track, and report on the progress of ongoing product initiatives.

Align internal stakeholders around a clear product vision, roadmap, and success metrics.

Prepare the product for scalability across global markets, addressing localization and deployment considerations.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation and onboarding guides for customers and developers.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer feedback reviews to shape product direction and strategy.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager (technical/software products) with an engineering background — ideally in software or robotics
  • Hands-on technical experience (e.g., software development, robotics integration, or industrial automation) strongly preferred
  • Proven ability to translate complex customer use cases into actionable technical requirements
  • Proven success in managing the full product lifecycle, from discovery and validation to delivery and iteration
  • Solid understanding of software engineering principles and robotic system architecture
  • Experience working with industrial automation systems, sensors, or hardware integration is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for aligning teams and writing clear documentation
  • Excellent analytical thinking with the ability to translate complex technical and user needs into structured, actionable product features
