Born in Singapore and powered by Castlery's global scale, this new brand blends smart engineering with playful style to create furniture that looks good, works hard, and actually lasts. It's design made accessible, approachable, and fun – crafted for the next generation of homes across the US (and soon, the world).

We are looking for a Graphic Designer to join our team, under the eCommerce – New Brand department.

What you'll be doing:

Operational Design Support

  • Update and maintain brand assets to ensure consistency, clarity, and modernity.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal stakeholders to design and produce assembly instructions using existing templates.
  • Oversee simple video edits, ensuring alignment with predefined templates and brand guidelines.

Marketing Design Support

  • Contribute to measurable outcomes such as increased engagement, lead generation, and website traffic through visual storytelling.
  • Crop and enhance images (DI) for day-to-day Instagram posts and stories.
  • Adapt existing templates for marketing and sales platforms, including:
  • Amazon (e.g., listing images, A+ content, banners)
  • Social media advertisements (e.g., Meta, Google, YouTube).

What you'll need:

  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and video editing software.
  • Strong understanding of branding, composition, and storytelling through visuals.
  • Experience in working with templates and adapting assets across various platforms.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-border teams and vendors.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.

Non-Mandatory Skills With An Advantage:

  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Amazon.
  • Knowledge of social media marketing trends and design optimization for digital ads.
  • Video editing experience will be an added advantage.
