Over 8 years of experience in insurance or finance-related fields; candidates with experience in banking, brokerage, or insurance companies/Brokers are preferred; Possess extensive industry resources and strong business development and supplier development capabilities, especially in overseas insurance markets; Excellent negotiation, communication, and management skills; Ability to work under pressure; Proficient in the operational logic of the insurance industry; Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly; Fluent in both Chinese and English, as well as mandarin.
