Laboratory Technician I role at Danaher Life Sciences

Integrated DNA Technologies (IDT), part of Danaher’s family of companies, is seeking a Laboratory Technician I to support manufacturing activities and daily lab operations on-site in Singapore. The role contributes to preparation tasks, general laboratory upkeep, and alignment with operational goals to sustain quality and efficiency in the value stream.

Responsibilities
  • Execute preparatory tasks and fundamental manufacturing activities to support production of raw materials or finished products.
  • Prepare materials according to documented procedures using standard lab equipment and maintain accurate records for product, process, instrument, and training.
  • Perform lab cleaning and decontamination per work instructions; maintain electronic records to ensure accuracy and efficiency; ensure adherence to safety guidelines and applicable standards (ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485).
Qualifications
  • Minimum N/O level, Nitec in a science-related field or equivalent by relevant experience.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of the internet, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
Preferred/Additional Experience
  • Basic knowledge of manufacturing practices.
  • Previous laboratory and chemical handling experience.
