Senior Manager, Park Operations (Health & Safety)

Mandai Wildlife Group is seeking a Senior Manager for Park Operations focusing on Health & Safety. This role involves ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing fire safety, incident response, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders to maintain a safe environment within Mandai Wildlife Reserve, Singapore.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing health & safety compliance and conducting regular inspections.
  • Developing emergency response plans and conducting drills.
  • Investigating incidents and implementing corrective actions.
  • Serving as Fire Safety Manager and coordinating audits for ISO45001/bizSAFE certifications.
  • Training staff and stakeholders on safety protocols.
  • Collaborating with emergency services and managing contractor safety.

Qualifications:

  • Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in workplace health and safety management, with supervisory experience.
  • Certifications as Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) and Fire Safety Manager (FSM).
  • Strong knowledge of safety regulations, fire safety standards, and emergency protocols.
