Manager, Healthcare Innovation

Job Description Support strategic and innovation programmes, including KPI tracking and progress reporting. Manage end-to-end innovation projects and ensure timely achievement of milestones. Lead deployment and clinical adoption of practice-changing innovations. Coordinate programme committees, meetings, and follow-up actions. Support innovators through project planning, ethics submissions, and trial execution. Manage internal and external innovators exploring collaboration opportunities with the organisation. Partner with clinical research coordinators to support project planning, ethics submissions, trial execution, and data management. Ensure all innovation projects meet defined milestones, compliance standards, and governance requirements. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clinical champions, innovation teams, and strategic partners. Support development of new partnerships with industry, research institutions, and community collaborators. Lead partner engagement through networking sessions, events, and joint initiatives. Manage new innovation enquiries and ensure timely follow-up with potential collaborators and innovators. Provide guidance to clinicians, staff, students, and innovators on project pathways, resources, and innovation opportunities. Support planning and execution of innovation events, showcases, workshops, and digital campaigns. Job Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline with at least 7 years of relevant working experience Knowledge in the healthcare industry, including trends and regulatory landscape Promote an innovation culture and support events, showcases, and workshops. Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills. Experience in healthcare, innovation, research, or transformation projects is an advantage. Ability to manage multiple initiatives, think strategically, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Passion for driving innovation that improves care delivery and population health.
