Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience. Strong technical depth in one or more areas: Mobile, Backend, Infra, Data, AI Proven Experience: You have a track record as a Software Engineer or similar role in software development teams. You've successfully led projects from conception to completion. Technical Expertise: You're proficient in multiple programming languages and familiar with a wide range of tech stacks. You're always learning about new technologies and best practices. Leadership Skills: You're a natural leader who can inspire a team, make tough decisions, and keep projects on track. You know how to foster a positive and productive work environment. Problem-Solving Mindset: You're a creative thinker who can solve complex technical challenges.
