Manager (Trade Advisory, Partnership and Programmes)

As CFOTI expands its regional footprint in trade advisories and digital capabilities, this role will be instrumental in delivering high-impact programmes across ASEAN, particularly in Malaysia and Indonesia. The Manager will provide trade advisories and steward strategic partnerships and programmes in Singapore and the region. The role demands trade/FTA (Free Trade Agreement) knowledge and a balance of stakeholder engagement, programme execution, digital enablement, with a strong emphasis on measurable outcomes. This position contributes to CFOTI’s mission of shaping the future of trade through innovation, inclusivity, and regional collaboration. Responsibilities 1) Trade Advisory Provide cross‑border trade related expert advice to companies and strategic partners in Singapore and the region, educate companies and partners about FTAs, and plan and conduct training/workshop sessions to deepen understanding of FTAs and their use. 2) Regional Programme Execution Lead the rollout of CFOTI’s capability‑building and trade advisory programmes in Singapore and the region. Localise programme content and delivery in collaboration with regional partners. Ensure alignment with CFOTI’s broader mission of enabling inclusive and sustainable trade. 3) Strategic Partnership Management Serve as the primary liaison for partners in Singapore and the region. Co‑develop initiatives that reflect shared priorities, including trade facilitation, SME enablement and policy dialogues. Maintain strong working relationships with ecosystem partners, including government agencies, foundations and private sector entities. 4) KPI Monitoring & Reporting Track, analyse and report on KPIs. Support CFOTI’s funding and reporting obligations by preparing timely updates and performance dashboards. 5) Digital Platform Enablement Drive adoption of CFOTI’s GenAI‑powered digital advisory platform across regional markets. Collaborate with technical teams to ensure platform usability, content relevance and user support. Monitor platform analytics and user feedback to inform continuous improvement. 6) Programme Operations Manage programme timelines, budgets, and disbursement processes. Ensure compliance with audit and reporting requirements. Prepare decks, reports and updates for internal and external stakeholders. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, International Relations, Public Policy, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in programme management, stakeholder engagement or regional development. A good understanding of businesses’ interests and concerns in cross‑border trade and investment, as well as the local and international economic/ geopolitical trends impacting businesses. Strong knowledge of FTAs, with strategic thinking and operational execution capability in a fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment. Strong project management and coordination skills, complemented by excellent interpersonal and cross‑cultural communication. Proficiency in digital tools and platforms; experience with GenAI or chatbot platforms and fluency in an ASEAN native language (e.g. Bahasa Melayu or Bahasa Indonesia) would be advantageous. Familiarity with ASEAN trade dynamics, SME development, and digital transformation. Experience working with government agencies, foundations, or international organisations is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
