Listed Company | Strategic Leadership Role Location: SingaporeEmployment Type: Full-Time | Senior Management About the Role: We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our management team. The ideal candidate will play a key leadership role in overseeing the financial health of a listed company and its subsidiaries, ensuring strong governance, financial integrity, and sustainable growth. Key Responsibilities Lead and manage the company’s full spectrum of financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, reporting, audit, and compliance. Oversee cash flow management , financial planning, and risk management to ensure the company’s financial stability. Provide strategic advice to the CEO and Board on investment opportunities, capital structure, and business expansion . Establish robust internal controls and ensure compliance with financial regulations and SGX listing requirements. Drive efficiency and accuracy in financial processes through technology and automation. Liaise with auditors, bankers, regulators, and external stakeholders. Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability. Requirements Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. ACCA or Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is a must. Minimum 10 years of relevant experience , including at least 3 years in a leadership role within a listed or large corporation. Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and SGX compliance. Proven ability to analyze financial data and provide actionable business insights.
