Key Responsibilities Provide clients with professional advice on insurance, investment, and financial planning based on their unique life goals. Conduct comprehensive financial analyses to develop tailored recommendations. Cultivate and maintain long-term client relationships through regular engagement and reviews. Proactively build your client network using company resources, platforms, and personal connections. Stay informed on industry trends and regulatory developments to deliver compliant, relevant advice. Qualifications & Requirements Professionals seeking a purposeful mid-career transition into financial advisory. Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset. Analytical and strategic thinker with a genuine interest in financial planning. Self‑motivated, disciplined, and adaptable to a dynamic, performance‑driven environment. Open to Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents (FAA‑N13 requirement). Minimum DOB: 2004 or earlier. Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Finance, Business, or related fields advantageous). Candidates with prior experience in banking, teaching, sales, service, or corporate sectors are welcome. Relevant CMFAS certifications (Modules 5, 9, 9A, HI) are advantageous — training and sponsorship provided. Comprehensive training and mentorship framework for all new consultants.
