We are seeking fully Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LMFT, LPC, Psy.D., etc.) to join us as independent contractors, providing high-quality, remote therapy services via our secure telehealth platform.

Overview

This role offers the flexibility of working from home while making a global impact.

Responsibilities
  • Provide evidence-based individual, couples, or family therapy via secure video conferencing.
  • Conduct clinical assessments, formulate diagnoses, and create personalized treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate, timely, and confidential clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards.
  • Adhere to all professional and legal regulations, including a protocol for remote crisis management and referral.
  • Effectively utilize our proprietary telehealth platform and related technology.
Qualifications
  • Licensure: Must hold a full, active, and unencumbered license (e.g., LCSW, LMFT, LPC) in your primary state/jurisdiction of practice.
  • Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in a mental health field.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience (telehealth experience preferred).
  • Technical Setup: Must have a private, secure, and quiet workspace with a reliable, high-speed internet connection.
  • Skillset: Strong clinical judgment, excellent digital literacy, and high cultural competence.
