Responsibilities Execute application development deliverables and activities. Participate in various phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for IT projects and interface with IT stakeholders such as 3rd party vendor suppliers, business analysts and project managers to perform development activities. Document the application and database detail design. Code optimally to improve application performance. Collaborate with the team and contribute individually wherever required. Understand requirements and remove ambiguity by proactively engaging with the analyst. Adhere to, influence, and advocate internal software design & development standards, processes, and best practices such as code reuse, scalability, portability, security, and documentation. Work closely with the Application Development team members and Architects to develop code aligned to approved design and specifications. Involved in customer handling, requirement gathering, and delivery of applications for potential clients of the company. Collaborate with the Application Development and QA teams to remediate defects highlighted in QA or UAT phases. Adhere to SDLC and Project Governance internal and regulatory requirements. Qualifications 5 - 8 years’ experience in C#/.Net Core with experience building modern applications using .NET Framework. Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a relevant field. Must have worked on application solutions and development. Excellent knowledge of complete SDLC and exceptional skills in system design/implementation using Web-based technologies. Must have expertise in SQL Server database. Ability to multi-task, work under tight deadlines and work with minimal supervision. Possess strong quantitative analysis and problem-solving skills. Experience in transitioning multiple applications across domains such as Government, Banking and Finance. Able to grasp system requirements and identify APIs required for the system with input and output. Good to have experience with Front-end frameworks/technologies like Bootstrap, React JS (added advantage). Good to have experience with DevOps and guide the team in setting up code repositories, build script development, CI/CD pipelines and smooth deployment. Experience working with customized workflow project/tools. Knowledge of SAST and Penetration Testing and ability to guide the team to resolve vulnerabilities. Proficiency in .NET standards and guidance to develop high-quality code. Be able to identify issues in the system quickly and guide the team to resolve them.
