The Associate Director, Organisation Development will play a pivotal role in enabling this vision by driving business integration and transformation initiatives that strengthen organisational capability, culture, and performance at scale.
This role sits at the intersection of organisation development, change leadership, and business integration - ensuring that our people, processes, and culture are aligned to deliver on our growth and synergy objectives.
While an understanding of Customer Experience (CX) is valuable, this is not an L&D-focused role. We are seeking for a proven OD / Change Leader who thrives in complex, multi-stakeholder environments and can embed new ways of working that accelerate enterprise transformation.
Responsibilities- Lead group-wide OD initiatives that align structures, capabilities, and culture with business strategy.
- Partner with senior leaders to design and implement interventions that drive integration across business units and geographies.
- Shape and embed a performance-driven, agile culture that supports both client outcomes and employee engagement.
- Work closely with Corporate Development, HR, and Business Leaders to integrate newly acquired or restructured business units, aligning processes, talent models, and culture.
- Identify opportunities for synergy that improve operational efficiency, collaboration, and service delivery.
- Act as a trusted advisor to executives during periods of change, ensuring smooth adoption and minimal disruption.
- Develop and execute change management strategies for transformation programmes, ensuring buy-in at all levels.
- Create clear communication, engagement, and measurement plans to track and sustain change outcomes.
- Use data-driven insights to identify organisational pain points, measure impact, and guide continuous improvement.
- Build strong partnerships with leaders to ensure OD interventions are business-led and impact-driven.
- Facilitate leadership workshops, strategic planning sessions, and cross-functional alignment forums.
- Serve as a visible champion for transformation, modelling behaviours that support change.
- Prior experience in Organisation Development, organisational transformation, or change leadership within large, complex organisations.
- Proven track record leading business integration initiatives, ideally in professional services, consulting, or multi-market environments.
- Expertise in OD frameworks, change management methodologies, and transformation.
- Demonstrated ability to influence at C-suite level and manage complex stakeholder landscapes.
- Exposure to APAC or multi-geography growth environments.
- Familiarity with CX principles as they relate to organisational design and employee engagement.
- Experience working in technology, digital services, or professional services sectors.
- Strategic and systems thinking, with the ability to connect OD interventions to business value.
- Strong facilitation and consulting skills, with the ability to challenge and influence senior leaders.
- High resilience, adaptability, and comfort with ambiguity.
- Data-driven, with the ability to translate insights into actionable interventions.
- Collaborative mindset, able to work across cultures, geographies, and functions.
At NCS, you’ll be at the forefront of building an organisation for the future - one that is agile, inclusive, and aligned to deliver exceptional outcomes for our clients and people. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we work, integrate, and grow across the region, making a tangible impact on the success of our Pan-APAC transformation.
