Responsibilities Supporting the sales team by providing business-technical consulting advice and solutions, including demos and proofs of concept (POC). Provide pre-sales consulting for servers (Cisco, HPE, Dell), storage (NetApp, Pure Storage, Hitachi), hyperconverged (Nutanix, HyperFlex, Azure Stack HCI), Microsoft products (Active Directory, Exchange, M365, Azure, SCCM), virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V), backup platforms (Veritas, Cohesity, Veeam), and VDI (Citrix, Omnissa). Take customer’s technical, financial, and business requirements into consideration to recommend optimal configurations or solutions and deliver presentations and tender proposals, including bill of materials. Collaborate with the Microsoft BDM to increase adoption of Microsoft Azure cloud, modern workplace, and security solutions through customer assessments and meetings, and participate in executing the Go-To-Market strategy for Microsoft technologies. Required Certification Certifications related to Microsoft 365 and/or Microsoft Azure are required. Mandatory certifications include: Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. The Individual and their Experience Proven experience in system and cloud solution design, with a focus on Microsoft Azure, Exchange, M365, and Entra ID. Familiarity with solutions such as AVD, Intune, AvePoint, and Quest. Strong communication and presentation skills able to engage technical stakeholders and C-level executives. Solid proposal writing and solution documentation capabilities. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Defender security solutions; additional cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP) is a plus. Familiarity with storage networking (iSCSI, SAN), VDI (Citrix XenDesktop, Omnissa), and Linux is advantageous. Exposure to AI infrastructure, load balancing, data encryption, and monitoring/management tools is a strong plus; experience with analytics or BI platforms is an added advantage. Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to align technical solutions with business challenges; independent, self-driven, and highly motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
