Reporting to the Head of Research & Advisory South East Asia, you have the following duties and responsibilities: Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the Research & Advisory business unit and achieve its allocated annual income target. Maintain status of JLL Research as a market leader locally and regionally. Keep research & advisory services relevant to both internal and external clients’ needs. Establish, maintain and review the database management system for the data bank of a specific asset class. Prepare and draft market studies, feasibility analysis and research reports. Draft and ensure the timely delivery of press releases and write-ups in the press/various publications to gain strategic publicity coverage for the firm. Prepare presentation material and support advisory pitches. Required Qualifications Minimum qualification: Bachelor Degree in Real Estate, Economics, Accounting & Finance or other relevant qualifications is required. Honours preferred. Experience/Internship in research and advisory function, and some knowledge of mapping tools will be advantageous. Some knowledge of the Singapore property markets. Excellent command of written and spoken English. Possesses good analytical, communicative and organizational skills. A team player, goal driven, creative and has initiative. Preferably 1-2 years of relevant experience.
