The Opportunity

Taking the role to oversee and manage Facilities Management, Engineering and Operations projects from planning, execution to final completion to ensure a safe and conducive Environment of Care (EOC) for patients, visitors and staff is provided for at all times.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Repair and Replacement (R&R) projects
  • Carry out maintenance of existing structures and project management of new facilities
  • Supervise the preventive maintenance works carried out by the outsourced service partners
  • Implement various programs for the operations, maintenance and improvement of the building facilities, equipment and infrastructure
  • Develop work plan to improve reliability and integrity of the system
  • Work with various internal and external stakeholders
  • Update Management on Integrated Operations and improvement e.g Kaizen
  • Analysis and development on maintenance contracts
  • Develop plans at all levels, write reports/papers and provide project updates
  • Take on project manager role in various integrated operations areas
  • Support the Department in Audits, Inspections and Accreditation
Qualifications
  • Degree in Mechanical Engineering discipline with at least 2 years' experience in facilities management
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in ACMV
  • Experience in a high technology manufacturing or healthcare environment would be an added advantage
