Key Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and ensure serviceability of all systems and equipment at ICC 1 & 2.
  2. Proficient in maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting ICC systems and equipment such as warehouse systems, automation, refrigeration, kitchen, packaging, inspection, washing, and waste management systems.
  3. Perform and manage maintenance activities, repairs, and ensure timely completion according to schedules, procedures, checklists, and manufacturer recommendations.
  4. Handle technical purchase requisitions for spare parts, contracts, and services in accordance with company policies.
  5. Communicate professionally with stakeholders to minimize system and equipment downtime.
  6. Proactively resolve technical faults and contribute to continuous improvements.
  7. Follow all Safe Work Procedures and Food Safety requirements.
  8. Maintain a safe work environment through proper housekeeping and reporting hazards.
  9. Support other relevant duties and projects as required.
Key Requirements
  1. Minimum ITE certification in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics engineering, or equivalent.
  2. Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and IT devices.
  3. Competent in using industrial workshop equipment and welding tools.
  4. Ability to read technical drawings and documentation; fluent in English.
  5. Able to carry heavy loads and work at heights.
  6. Motivated team player with leadership qualities, able to work under tight deadlines.
  7. Willing to work in office hours, rotating shifts, weekends, and overtime if needed.
