Junior Financial Controller (Controllership | Tech Industry) We’re hiring a hands on and detail oriented Finance Manager to join a growing finance team supporting international operations across multiple entities. This is a group-level role with a strong focus on consolidation, reporting, compliance, and process improvement. Key Responsibilities: Group Financial Reporting Prepare timely and accurate consolidated financial statements for multiple entities in line with IFRS. Manage intercompany transactions, elimination entries, and foreign currency translations. Maintain the integrity of the group’s chart of accounts and financial reporting structures. Provide analysis and commentary on financial performance for senior leadership. Controllership & Compliance Support statutory reporting and act as a key liaison with external auditors during annual audits. Ensure financial controls are operating effectively and accounting practices are aligned across regions. Oversee compliance with tax and regulatory requirements across relevant jurisdictions. Process & Systems Improvement Identify gaps and inefficiencies in financial close and reporting processes, and drive automation where possible. Collaborate on ERP enhancements and support finance system upgrades to improve data quality and reporting speed. Requirements Chartered Accountant (CA/ACCA) qualification is mandatory . 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally with a blend of audit and commercial finance exposure. Experience working in tech, fintech, or fast-growing companies is preferred. Strong technical understanding of IFRS and group-level reporting. Comfortable working with ERP systems and highly proficient in Excel. Experience with BI tools is a plus. Strong attention to detail, ownership mindset, and ability to work independently in a lean team environment. Singapore citizen or PR only. #J-18808-Ljbffr
