Overview We are seeking an accomplished Solution Architect with extensive experience in Enterprise Architecture, Digital Banking, and Generative AI. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end solution design, enterprise modernization, and AI-led digital transformation for large-scale BFSI clients. This role requires a strong background in cloud architecture, security frameworks, and partnering with C-level stakeholders to align technology strategies with business objectives. Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-grade, secure, and scalable architectures for BFSI digital transformation projects. Architect Gen AI and LLM-based conversational platforms leveraging OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, and AWS Bedrock. Collaborate with C-level executives to define digital and AI transformation roadmaps aligned with business goals. Drive pre-sales and RFP activities, including solution design, feasibility studies, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs). Ensure compliance with SOC2, ISO, and cybersecurity best practices, leading risk assessments and mitigation strategies. Define and optimize cloud and hybrid architectures (AWS/Azure) ensuring high availability, performance, and cost efficiency. Oversee CI/CD pipelines, container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes), and DevSecOps practices for consistent software delivery. Provide technical leadership across engineering, security, and product teams to ensure architectural integrity and scalability. Support AI SaaS platform scaling and real-time analytics integration using Elasticsearch and modern data architectures. Champion innovation in digital experience, leveraging prompt engineering, guardrails, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
