Key Responsibilities Actively source, interview, and match candidates to suitable job placements based on client requirements. Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates to ensure smooth communication. Provide professional advice and support to both clients and candidates throughout the recruitment process. Meet individual recruitment targets and contribute to overall team success. Stay updated with Singapore’s employment regulations and market trends. Requirements Must possess a valid CEI (Certificate of Employment Intermediaries) or be willing to attend the CEI course and pass the exam promptly. Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, sales, or business development. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
