Overview Our client operates as a public accounting firm in Singapore, offering a full suite of audit, tax, and advisory services, and is part of an established international network of professional firms. Responsibilities Oversee end-to-end external audit processes across various industries, ensuring compliance with SFRS, ACRA regulations, and firm policies. Review and approve audit documentation and final reports, maintaining high standards of quality and regulatory compliance. Ensure adherence to the System of Quality Management (ISQM 1 & 2) and participate in EQCR and technical consultations where required. Coach, mentor, and retain audit professionals while fostering a collaborative and growth-focused team culture. Build strong client relationships and provide expert guidance on financial reporting, compliance, and regulatory matters. Engage in business development, strategic initiatives, and collaboration with partners to drive firm growth and service expansion. Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or equivalent, with professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA Australia, or ACA. Chartered Accountant (Singapore), ISCA member, and registered Public Accountant with ACRA, holding a valid Practising Certificate. Over 12 years of progressive audit experience in mid to large public accounting firms, including recent leadership at the Director or Partner level. Demonstrated success in client relationship management, team leadership, and practice growth. Strong command of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS), auditing standards, and relevant regulatory requirements. Experience with listed companies or public interest entities is a plus. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong stakeholder and interpersonal abilities. Salary: Up to $13,000. Working Days: Monday - Friday. Saturday, half day during peak periods.
