Data Engineer

Overview As a data engineer you will analyze complex data sets to provide insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with BSA and stakeholders to understand their data needs, design data models and data solutions and develop data pipelines while on the same time ensuring data security and company policy compliance. Your role will also involve performing data analysis and present business findings to business stakeholders or leadership to power business decisions. Responsibilities Understand and analyze complex datasets Collaborate with BSA, domain teams and other stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions, including ETL pipelines and data visualizations Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for data solutions Build BI dashboards based on business requirements Ensure data security, governance, and compliance with organizational standards Troubleshoot and debug data gaps, anomalies, and issues Basic Qualifications 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related roles. Expertise in SQL Experience with programming languages such as Python or JAVA Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar).
