Key Responsibilities
  • Strategize & Execute Marketing Plans: Develop and lead end-to-end GTM strategies aligned with pipeline and revenue goals. Own ICP segmentation, ABM campaigns, and high-impact content strategies to drive demand.
  • Campaigns & Growth Hacking: Launch data-driven, high-leverage campaigns across digital, product-led, and partner-driven channels. Prioritize ROI-positive activities and avoid "busy work"—make 5% effort deliver 100% results.
  • Partner & Community Growth: Manage partner enablement through tools like PartnerStack and Partnerhub. Cultivate community platforms like Circle and Slack to engage users and advocates.
  • Web, Automation & Content: Design and manage marketing assets via Webflow, Notion, Bubble, or Softr. Automate workflows using HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, and Zapier. Leverage AI tools to generate performance content at scale.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Leadership teams to align value propositions with customer needs. Package cybersecurity solutions for market fit (e.g., subscription bundles, pre-install models).
  • Build, Lead & Mentor: Lead a small marketing team, freelancers, and agencies while growing internal capabilities. Provide mentorship and develop foundational marketing systems from scratch. Strong communication skills for pitching, writing, and presenting ideas.

  • You are fluent in the tools that drive modern, scalable marketing and use them hands-on to automate, build, and accelerate impact:
    • AI tools: ChatGPT, Jasper, Midjourney, Surfer SEO
    • Marketing automation: HubSpot, ActiveCampaign, Zapier
    • No-code builders: Webflow, Bubble, Notion, Softr
    • CRM & attribution tools: Salesforce, Pipedrive, Segment
    • Partner/community platforms: PartnerStack, Partnerhub, Circle, Slack
      • Strategic & Operational Capability: Strong grasp of GTM strategy, ICP development, ABM, and partner marketing. Experience launching partner portals and scalable outreach programs.
        • Business Acumen: Understands the connection between marketing, sales pipeline, and revenue. Commercial mindset with ability to productize and position complex tech offerings.
          • Resourceful & Hands-On: Self-starter who can create campaigns, content, and events with minimal support. Expert at identifying off-the-shelf solutions or outsourcing smartly.
            • Leadership & Communication: Experience building marketing teams or functions from zero to one. Strong communicator and storyteller—capable of presenting strategy to stakeholders.
